Take a day, and get up early to watch the sunrise. You can find the times on sunrise.com I am sure, if that exists. You won't believe how calming it can be. Find a spot where you live, and go there. Have a cup of coffee with you if you can. This act will be the single most enjoyable thing you do in a day. Do it, just do it. By the way.....
